about

we're fucking up our planet. while the weather gets increasingly more fucked up every year while the average temperature gets higher and higher, as we get closer to the point of no return we have idiots in power who care only of their temporary position of power, who think only of clinging on for a few more seconds, so do nothing or stamp on the small steps we have made

but it might not matter because we're in another cold war where we would rather pretend to threaten nukes that probably don't work rather than communicate with those who we've decided are enemies not other people who are equally afraid.

we're more worried at the comparatively small risk of terrorism ..creating more division creating yet more Islamophobia not seeing that it's an expression of rage, disenchantment, disconnection, extremism has nothing to do with religion. but no bomb the countries that they might come from create more innocent victims create more rage more hate . thats what we need.

oh you know apart from if the country is oil rich lets ignore that.. lets sell them weapons lets train their militias lets ignore the support for extremism

'its important to keep the economy strong, dont be naive we need to use the taxes of the poor to prop up the corrupt greedy banking establishment .no of course it's not an excuse for more austerity look over there immigrants blame them !' wouldnt happen again would it? we're not setting up the conditions for another global banking crisis we're not looking at a hard brexit, we're not looking at dangerous deregulation in the states lalalala we're not listening

but hey its ok because we live in a democracy. we can make a change

democracy -

where a minority of people are duped into voting for the lies perpetuated by a billionaire-controlled media to elect a corrupt delusional ignorant party that has to team up with former terrorists to ask the queen if they can be a government even though they don't know if they have an agreement.

this has got to fucking change
