it's been just over a month since bandcamp last waived their revenue share
seems like a really genuine thing to do, and highlights the cynicism and doublespeak of other companies

also i'm like jeez this month has been long. things constantly happening. which contrasts with the sense, before all this, that we were in limbo, waiting, something not right, cusps,and the faux 24 hr news cycle groundhog loop

now its another sort of waiting, i mean long term: things arent gonna 'go back to normal' but what will happen. i feel like theres this complex schrodinger state where theres gonna be more connection and unity and at the same time more stupidity and divsion.

i've been (somewhat fittingly) in a state of nostalgia and retro-futurism. so this album is all ghost rave ambient and cyberpunk
